Who we are?
Pac sports is a sports tourist agency located in the hart of the Triglav National Park (Bohinj – Slovenia), just by the Bohinj Lake.
We offer tourists, who come to Bohinj (Slovenia) complete tourist package, which includes accommodation (Hostel Pod Voglom) and various outdoor sport activities. With our assistance, your holidays will be even nicer and more interesting.
When deciding which sport program would you like to join, you may choose among paragliding, rafting, canyoning, hydrospeed, kayak, canoe, mountain biking, high ropes course, exploring caves, trekking, free climbing (summer) and various winter activities (snowshoes walking, snow rafting, ice climbing, sledding, winter mountain biking,...).
Pac sports organizes various sport programs for school and student groups (sports day, sports weekend and sport camps) as well as various incentive programs for the business teams and other groups.
Pac sports company was established in 2001.
We have 3 information points in Bohinj at the moment, where we provide tourist information and sell our outdoor programs:
- Hostel pod Voglom - just by the Bohinj Lake (meeting point for all the Pac sports activities, except the paragliding, tourist info, accommodation, renting of all the sports equipment)
- Ribčev laz - in front of the Penzion Rožič (tourist info, rent a bike, sale of the Pac sports programs)
- Avtokamp Zlatorog - by the boathouse (tourist info, rent a boats, canoes & kayaks, sale of the Pac sports programs)
The mission of the Pac sports company is providing the tourists, school and other groups (companies, sport teams...) most interesting and active holidays in Slovenia - Bohinj, with the emphasis on the outdoor sport acitvities in nature, which are the leading guidance of Pac sports company.
To achieve our mission, the following instructors are doing their best:
BORUT JURKOVIČ, owner and CEO, dipl. prof. of sport education, dipl. engineer of security (paragliding instructor and tandem pilot, kayak and canoe instructor, rafting instructor, caving rescuer, HRC instructor, snowboard teacher)
He is the reason, everything started in the first place. Living his life as most of the enthusiastic 'outdoor freaks', he tried various outdoor sports. When he came accross the paragliding, he found out, that sport is the one - flying above the clouds and scaring the birds :)
ROK FAGANEL, dipl. engineer of transport (paragliding instructor and tandem pilot, rafting instructor, HRC instructor)
Rok is one of the best Slovene paragliding pilots, moreover he is deffinitely the pilot with most paragliding tandem flights in Slovenia. He is the reason, why the tourists are keep coming back to Bohinj :)
ROBI FRANJIČ, dipl. prof. of sport education (kayak and canoe instructor, rafting instructor, HRC instructor)
As the leader of the Pac water sports, he takes care that everybody has a great time and that all the programs are done safely and professionally.
KATARINA ĐURĐEVIĆ, dipl. prof. of sport education (HRC instructor, ski & snowboard teacher, fitness & aerobics instructor)
Katarina takes care, that everything goes by the plan. Her time, when she was jumping in the canyons and guiding rafting are slowly over. Her main interest and care is to provide good atmosphere for the tourists and the employees. However you would have to ask them, how successfull is she in that :)

Despite the fact, that Jaka had left our company for the more 'serious job', however having in mind, that he was with us from the start, we mean that he will stay the Pac team memebr for ever. We would describe him in short: the main philosopher among the paragliders and the main paraglider among philosophers :)
